Pay by tokens, 2 tokens a game for the older machines, 4 tokens for Jaws, but tokens are 3 for $1 (not 4), and only gives at 10% "discount" (66 tokens, as opposed to 80) for a $20 bill. Company barely, if at all, repairs its pinball machines even after Facebook and in-person discussion with the owner about issues. Smile Factory recently bought a Jaws pinball machine in Summer 2024, but have not repaired the issues on their other two existing pinball machines. Currently closed for the winter per September 7, 2025 Facebook post.
